weight loss jump start
Help with a jump start in weight loss........?
I am a 30 year old female in need of some advice. I started a new job last November. I used to work outside doing physical work. I did that for 14 years. Now I sit at a desk working on the computer.
I have noticed that my weight has gone up a bit and my clothes are getting snug. I haven't changed my eating habits, or my exercise routines. I eat healthy, balanced meals, walk every day for 1 hour at lunch and run 3-5 days a week. But obviously I have to change something.
I am eating smaller meals, and trying to work out more. I know this will help me shed a few pounds, but I also know it isn't going to happen overnight. What I'm looking for, is something to help jump start my weight loss. I'd like to lose 20 pounds. There are so many different pills, and detoxes and shakes out there, I'm not sure what to use.
Could someone please recommend something to me to help jump start my diet?? Thank you in advance!!
You need to check with a doctor. You may have an underlying medical condition that is causing you to gain weight. Your thyroid could be shot. Especially if you are a lifelong dieter.
