Unusual weight loss ........?
A close friend of my was saying how she could easily loss weight if she didn't eat anything in a day. She said that one time, when she didn't eat anything for the whole day (i guess she was in a hunger strike?) she lost 3 pounds! And when she was sick for the whole week and she wasn't eating much that she lost like 15 pounds!!! I thought she was just pulling my leg 'cause the most I can lost in a week is like 3 pounds (while doing all that exercise) Another friend of ours suggested that she might have diabetes. But I don't think she have those cause I heard that only obese people have those. Shes chubby though. So my question is can a person really loss weight that fast naturally or what?
okay theres a lot of things with this that you wont like and some you might.
YES its possible to lose that much weight in one day by not eating BUT its going to cost you in the long run, meaning you'll gain that back when you eat, AND even more than you lost because your body will think theres no more food around, so it'll cling onto anything it gets in...
When you are sick, you get a fever, that fever heats you up internally literally MELTING fat inside of you, only to try and kill the virus inside with heat, but this is only when you have a fever, and you MUST eat when you have a fever too keep that energy up.
If your losing 3 pounds a week dieting and exercising... thats like... a pound extra that you've lost, your only supposed to lose 2 a week, so your going a bit too far.
The diabetes part im not too sure, but that might just be genetic
