I need help losing weight!?
I'm 19 year old female, 182 pounds.
Getting ready to lose some weight,
I recently broke my foot, which caused me to not be able to use my foot, so I am trying to adjust to walking on it again.
Any tips on weight loss?
Any inspirational quotes or a website with inspiration would be very much welcomed!

losing weight is tough i know
but have some self-control
Eat less fattening food like chocolate and oily foods
Since you broke your foot recently you have to rest easy for awhile
When you are back to top shape do lots of sit-up every morning push yourself harder
do at least a total of 30> sit-ups every day(this is how i lost loads of weight in 3 weeks)
You can jog in a park every morning too
Don't worry, you will get used to exercising after a week and you will be totally fit
And you'll lose weight lots of weight
This is what i did,I was 50kg a month ago
but right now i am only 42kg
Losing weight takes a long time so be patient!
And here is another thing(i don't know if it works for you)after every time you eat something walk around the house(or where you are).It would be like you did not eat anything at all
cuz you burn up the fats from the food(only works for light snacks)like potato chip and bread
