I came across this site - flotography.com by Floris Gierman - and was blown away. This page - How I Trained to Run a Sub 3 Hour Marathon - specifically knocked me on my rear end because his MAF pace when he started is slower than mine now, and his progress over just 5 months is crazy impressive.
So for the next 4 months, I'm going to chronicle my training and MAF test results to see if I'm able to progress as well as he did.
Last MAF Test: 25 Feb 2016
Result: 4 miles, 7:50/mile
I aim to follow his path - 40 to 50 miles per week at MAF - and see if I'm able to progress as well.
