Is something wrong with me?
I'm honestly sick of this and I need help. I know I should go to the doctors first but I'm 14... People are gonna think I want attention and I honestly don't I just need an answer and if it's bad I'll go...
So recently I've been feeling weird, like dizziness, weight loss then weight gain, tiredness even after a good sleep, pain in my right side, light headed, and shortness of breath...
Some days I'll feel fine but I'm also always sad.. I got depression when my aunt died and led me to do different things but I'm past that now I just don't know anymore...
Help please? What could it be and please be nice I'm not in the mood for stupid ******* answers
All of these symptoms can come from a number of problems, a virus like mononucleosis, menstruation, hormones - but they can also come from depression and poor nutrition. I think you should see a doctor and have them check you out. You are at an age where other things can be going on as well, so it would be best to make sure. I think if you talk to somebody about how you feel now that might help. You need to eat good food and you need to get some fresh air. If you are lying around all day not doing anything, fresh air and going for a little walk will help. You can get overtired from sleeping too much and sleep won't be refreshing to you. Being depressed can keep you from wanting to get out of bed or from getting good sleep and can make you feel just awful.. Like I said, a lot could be going on. So, please, talk to somebody, eat well and get a checkup. It's okay to want attention at times when things are feeling real bad, and that's now for you hon.
