doing juice fast for weight loss? what kind of juice and where to get it?
i want to do a juice fast for weight loss and i was wondering exactly what kind of juice i should get? i cant make any of the juice myself because i do not have a juicer. can i get GOOD juice at the super market? how much can i lose on this? any good recipes? thank you :]
Although you may think you can loose weight on a juice fast diet, you are partially right. You may loose 20lbs in 2wks, and you might thinks that is awesome but its all water weight not fat weight. Your body will start "feeding off" your body fat creating ketones which are unhealthy. Not to mention the fact that you will gain all that weight back and maybe even more lbs. For ex. Beyonce did a juice fast diet and lost major lbs and later confessed that she gained double the weight back. If i were you try reducing your carbs and fat, your should loose 1-2lbs/wk in order not to gain any weight back. REmember for each pound you wanna loose you must burn 3500cal.
