Yoga- Good calorie burner and weight loss help?
Is yoga a good way to go with helping losing weight?? I have done it once before and I know that it is hard but I am just wondering if it helps with weight loss much at all? and how many days a week is good? Its offered 4 days a week at my gym.

yes it definitely a good way to lose weight.
my husband and i go together 3 or 4 times a week at our gym and he is always soaked all the way down to his shorts.
i get soaked but not like he does. the first month that i started doing the yoga everyone started to notice a weight loss on me. i had been so busy, i felt better, but didn't really notice that lost enough weight for people to realize it.
